July has been an amazing month at ECA Thrift Shop with a significant increase in both donations and sales.  Some of you may have scored at our 3-day Summer Sidewalk Bag Sale. We have also been building stronger bonds with our nonprofit partners by featuring their work in newsletters as well as hosting staff visits to the shop so they can see ECA in action.

Among this good news, what stands out is how pleasant and appreciative our donors and shoppers are to our volunteers and to fellow customers. I hear stories about grandchildren, travel, illnesses, happy and sad life events, and learn how much our supporters appreciate ECA. Thanks to all of you who contribute to our community with your presence, conversation, and overall enjoyment in stopping by and maybe buying a thing or two.
