Applying for a grant from Eastside Community Aid
Eastside Community Aid (ECA) Thrift Shop is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization, chartered by the State of Washington on November 19, 1981. We provide financial and material support to 501(c)3 organizations in East King County, Washington, focusing primarily on human services and homelessness. Previous grant recipients include organizations that provide food, housing, education, or medical or mental health services. Learn how to apply for a grant below, and see our list of Recipients.

Timeline & policies
A grant application can be submitted at any time. It will be reviewed the first Tuesday of the month after ECA receives it. Notifications or follow up questions will take place within a week of the review.
We focus on services and projects; we typically do not provide funds for operating, office expenses or salaries/wages.
We require grant recipients to spread the word about Eastside Community Aid through their website, newsletter articles, or other agreed upon means.
